At Win Life Competitions, we want you to feel like a winner in every piece you wear. If your fashion purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the clothing is in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
